Attention all employees: FactSpread has decided to introduce a new policy with respect to hiring of new employees, in addition to the usual recruitment procedures undertaken by the company. The said policy is titled “Employee Referral Program” and shall come into effect from (09/23/2025) to (10/23/2025).
As per the above stated Employee Referral Program, employees of FactSpread are encouraged to refer qualifiedcandidates to fill the vacant position of Senior Simulation Engineer as posted in the company premises. Should FactSpread hire a candidate referred by any employee, such employee would be entitled to a one time employee referral bonus of $500 with respect to such referral. The one time bonus shall be payable to the employee within 30 days of the new hire assuming that the new hire remains employed by FactSpread for a period of 90 days.
Employees interested in participating in this program should forward the resumes of likely candidates to Dr. Theodore T. Allen and obtain a receipt. All questions regarding this policy should be directed to Dr. Theodore T. Allen.
