TTITLE: SENIOR SIMULATION ENGINEER
DUTIES: Lead the development of advanced spatial and agent-based simulation models to support data-driven public awareness campaigns. Formulate optimization models (Kriging Optimization/MDP/POMDP) with – states, actions, transition probabilities and reward matrices and write programs to solve them. Build machine learning models using scientific methods, mathematical models and Python programming abilities to predict and measure outcome of decisions and program the system to intelligently pick feasible actions/decision based on survey data. Study and assist with implementation of FactSpread’s proprietary simulation software using Anylogic or Repast or custom codes. Conduct rigorous analysis, document case studies from prior initiatives, and contribute to the planning and execution of future campaigns. Draft leadership proposals and spearheading fundraising strategies to expand the organization’s reach. Apply expertise in simulation, experimental design, and data analysis. Integrate skills in modeling, optimization, and system design to enhance campaign effectiveness and organizational impact. Use extensive experience in designing high-quality models, leading strategic initiatives, and advancing company’s mission through technical innovation and resource development.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Integrated Systems Engineering or closely related field
SALARY RANGE: $87,350 per annum
HOURS: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
